In 1958 Ioannis Karageorgiou established “I. Karageorgiou & Associates” Law Offices. Stavros Karageorgiou joined the office and became its Managing Partner in 1988 followed by Natalia Kalogeri who joined in 1998. In the late 2005 they established the Law Firm “Karageorgiou & Associates”. The Law Firm is located in privately owned offices in the center of Athens (34, Akadimias Street, 10672).

In our firm we focus our energy and expertise on helping clients create, protect and enhance value for their business and investments. We provide legal and tax services that cover consulting and litigation. We apply our expertise, which extends across a wide range of fields, in a holistic, solution- oriented manner, aiming to be recognized as the trusted advisor and advocate.

We listen to our clients to understand their needs and follow through to ensure that we respond effectively and efficiently. We want to develop strong client relationships. We know that they are built by asking the questions that help identify what the key issues are and by engaging with the client to produce relevant, sound and practical responses. Our team, consisting of business minded lawyers, who are mainly members of the Athens Bar Association, gained outstanding education and accumulated valuable professional experience in Greece and abroad, is committed to deliver against these demands in a consistent and responsible manner.

Our client portfolio comprises Greek and foreign public and private legal entities, which range from large corporations to micro enterprises and family businesses and span across a variety of industries, including information technology, consumer products and retail, energy, manufacturing, pharma and other life sciences, professional services, media, sports and leisure, real estate and hospitality.

In October 2015 we inaugurated a strategic cooperation with tax attorney Alexandros Karakitis and now our practice areas include also tax consulting and litigation. Thereby, we are in position to offer the experience of integrated legal and tax services. Thus, we are well placed to advise you, in collaboration with local firms, in the proper planning and implementation of any outbound investment or commercial collaboration plan in any of these countries.

Our service models vary, considering the different needs and may involve ad-hoc legal and tax advice or us to team up with the in-house counsel or tax/finance director during the design or implementation of complex transactions or undertake a specific project management or run a corporate, tax or court procedure. Given the variety of needs and clientele, we may determine our legal fees either based on time spent and complexity of the project or link them with the value and outcome of the case or apply a combination and after  agreeing with the client upfront the fee structure and time of billing.
