The Ministry of Justice introduced a bill for the effective protection of fixed and mobile telecommunications with regard to interception, also providing rigid ratifications for breach of electronic communications’ secrecy. According to the aforementioned bill, mobile and fixed telecommunications companies are obliged, among others, to undertake regular system controls, while strict punishment is provided in case of commitment of crimes related to the violation of provisions on telecommunications’ secrecy.
