Under the Ministerial Decision no. 29107 of the Hellenic Minister for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works is set the frame for the installation of photovoltaic systems for the production of electric energy in the lofts and the roofs of buildings, for installations of force up to 10 KW. In order to be installed the work, approval of work of small scale is required, but not the publication of building authorization. In order to be connected with the NATIONAL ELECTRICAL COMPANY is essential the producing of the in question approval and the drawings considered by the urban planning (quadrant, ground plan of roof or loft). Line of provisions forecasts the most optimal organization of installation, but also the protection of aesthetics of buildings.
Under the Common Ministerial Decision no. 29116 of the Hellenic Minister for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works and the Hellenic Minister of Development is set the frame for the installation of photovoltaic systems for the production of electric energy in the except drawing regions Depending on the force of installation (<20KW, from 20KW and up to 150 KW, >150KW), varies also the conditions in regard to the required extent where the installation will be realized as well as the publication or not of building authorization, or the publication of authorization of work.
Furthermore in the decision rules are formulated for the arrangement of works, the additionally work of infrastructure of installation and the protection of environment, in which the rules of Special Frame of Land Planning for the Renewable Energy Sources are complementarily added.
