Crystallia Iatridou

Crystallia Iatridou specializes in Commercial and Company Law, focusing on Competition Law, as well as in European and Civil Law. She has advised clients on commercial contracts regarding competition law issues (vertical agreements) and has offered legal support to companies on commercial (sponsorship and franchise agreements) corporate matters (shareholders’ agreements, acquisitions) as well as within the framework of investigations of the Competition Commission. Furthermore, she has longtime experience on regulatory, compliance and AML issues in the gaming market.
Moreover, Crystallia, has practiced in the fields of licensing and circulation of products (plant protection and pharmaceutical cannabis sector), in the application of provisions for commercial offences, as well as in labor and foreign law.
Crystallia has provided services, in the past, as Legal Counsel for an online gaming company and has worked in the Legal Department of the Directorate General for Competition of the Hellenic Competition Commission and in the Legal Department of a petroleum company.  Finally, she has taught “Business Law and Ethics of Selling” in the postgraduate program of the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).  
She has published various articles on World Online Gambling Law Report related to the liberalisation and regulation of the Gaming market.
