Crystallia Iatridou specializes in Commercial and Company Law, focusing on Competition Law, as well as in European and Civil Law. She has advised clients on commercial contracts regarding competition law issues (vertical agreements) and has offered legal support to companies on commercial (sponsorship and franchise agreements) and corporate matters (shareholders’ agreements, acquisitions).
Moreover, Crystallia, has practiced in the fields of licensing and circulation of products (plant protection sector), in the application of provisions for commercial offences, as well as in labor and foreign law.
Crystallia has worked, in the past, in the Legal Department of the Directorate General for Competition of the Hellenic Competition Commission (stage) and in the Legal Department of a petroleum company.
