Natassa’s practice on business and corporate law expands between companies’ establishment, corporate governance matters, shareholders’ & investors agreements, cross-border corporate transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings and divestitures providing legal advice to national and multinational companies operating in various sectors including, telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals and mass consuming goods.

In the field of Commercial law Natassa specializes in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on various issues deriving therefrom. As e-commerce is a dynamic and evolving field Natassa has advised key market stakeholders (online platforms, social media providers) on digital contracts, digital consumer rights, advertising and regulatory compliance.

She has participated in several multijurisdictional projects for financial services providers (including e-banks, e-money institutions and payment services providers) advising on licensing/registration, regulatory compliance, consumer rights, T&Cs and advertising.

Natassa advises both national and multinational companies on licensing, regulatory requirements and compliance issues concerning Renewable Energy Sources, Energy Storage and waste management of EEE (WEEE).

Moreover, she has extensive experience in project finance representing sponsors, lenders, underwriters, investors and sellers in a variety of transactions related to the development, construction and financing of infrastructure projects. In that framework Natassa has been involved in and managed several legal audits (due diligence) on behalf of financial institutions and private investors for the financing of the construction and operation of renewable energy production plants in Greece and has advised on the structuring of respective financing transactions.
