Natassa Kollia

Natassa’s practice focuses on business and corporate law including companies’ establishment, corporate governance matters, shareholders’ agreements, cross-border corporate transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, restructurings and divestitures providing legal advice to national and multinational companies operating in various sectors including energy and mass consuming goods.

Moreover, Natassa has an extensive experience in project finance representing sponsors, lenders, underwriters, investors and sellers in a variety of transactions related to the development, construction and financing of infrastructure projects. In that framework Natassa has been involved in several legal audits (due diligence) on behalf of financial institutions and private investors for the financing of the construction and operation of renewable energy production plants in Greece and has advised on the structuring of respective financing transactions.

In the field of energy and environmental law Natassa has advised both national and multinational companies on various regulatory compliance issues related to renewable energy sources.

In the field of Commercial law Natassa specializes in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (licensing of trademarks, distribution & agency, franchising, 3PL agreements, independent services agreements, commercial lease agreements etc.) and advising on various issues deriving from such contracts. Natassa has been involved in cross-border commercial litigation representing foreign companies before the Greek Courts.
